Beefeater London distilled gin has been around since 1876, and the company is justifiably proud of its heritage. The range was recently crowned with a super-premium gin, named after the number of hours the exotic botanicals are steeped together before distillation. The resulting spirit is handsomely packaged in a bottle evoking the Arts & Crafts movement of the early 20th Century.
The advertising agency Publicis asked us to develop a campaign which reflected ‘London Glamour’ to launch Beefeater 24 to a global, Vogue-reading audience. We produced some visuals, market research from Europe and the USA was overwhelmingly positive, and the button pushed. London glamour? I should say so.
