Studio Bites: No. 15

Each week we ask our team to select something they’ve seen that is inspiring, interesting, or simply intriguing. At our creative breakfast we meet over coffee to share and discuss what everyone brought to the table.

Eye-catchers

Helen from Blink Art came in to see us and showed some of the artists their team represent – Robert Hunter, Peter Judson and Jay Wright particularly stood out to our Design Director Stew, who was a big fan overall.

Good to the bone

The intricate artistry in Jason Borders‘ work really is (sometimes quite literally) jaw-dropping.

Turning over an old leaf

Not a week seems to go by lately without another new branding reveal. Which makes it rather interesting to see The Co-op unveil their new logo… a reinstatement of the 1968 design.

Walk on by

A simple use of colour and technology makes for a head-turning mural in the NEON District of Norfolk, Virginia.

Sight unseen

Finally, a rather interesting use of Instagram by 826 Valencia – a non-profit writing and tutoring centre, supporting under-served San Fran youth. A few more examples can be found among the images on their profile.
