Rob is a founding partner of Studio Output, with a deep understanding of brands accumulated over 20 years.
After studying in London and Nottingham, he worked at a local agency, before forming Studio Output with Ian & Dan. Their culture of supporting and challenging each other underpins our creative approach.
As the lead on brand thinking, Rob’s work spans strategy and creative. From brand architecture to creative leadership, he combines design problem-solving with an empathic understanding of audience.
Rob has developed brands for organisations as diverse as the Government’s Innovate UK, Sony PlayStation and Union Coffee. Recently he’s led multi-channel brand refreshes for Auto Trader and BBC Sport.
In overseeing our copywriting output, Rob guides the brand voice work so essential for modern companies. He writes in the press, and has spoken at events in Dublin, New York and Beijing.
