Source is a recruitment agency who specialise in the creative sector. As they put it, they're 'connected people, connecting people'. They asked us to build upon their existing brand visuals and develop an industry-leading website, reflecting their understanding of their clients' world.

Initial workshops highlighted the human aspect of the service and the way the team interact with a wide network of customers online, reflected in the integration of various social media APIs to the site. The back-end Content Management System controls the whole site, with job applications hooked into the job aggregation service Broadbean; while the 'Source-o-meter' collects client and candidate satisfaction data from email surveys and presents it seamlessly.
