We've been working with Nickelodeon Consumer Products International to create a new look for the SpongeBob SquarePants supplementary international style guide. The designs are based around a grid system, with interlocking geometric shapes which create a versatile graphic style. A series of character poses was created – along with icons, patterns and lock-ups – for use on apparel, accessories and home furnishings.
We visualised how the patterns and character poses can be used on everything from t-shirts and vests to sunglasses, laptop sleeves and headphones. These will give licensees and partners inspiration to extend the brand and translate it for an older International teen and young adult audience.
