The need to adapt
The existing Wonder identity lacked the dynamism, energy and attitude required to cut through. With bold ambitions to grow and expand its reach into new, creatively driven sectors, the agency needed a future-proof refresh that retained their much-loved logo – to build distinction and establish credibility with potential clients.

To create the new identity, we developed a creative springboard idea, ‘A window to another world.’ This idea plays on the macro and micro scale at which Wonder operates – the size of their productions and the level of detail that goes into them – to express the magic the brand creates in bold and inventive ways.

The design language uses layered graphics to represent Wonder’s tailored and scalable approach. Designed to thrive across digital channels, the flexible visual toolkit builds out from the logo and includes ownable colours, dynamic patterns and graphic expressions that communicate moments of interaction, emotion and intrigue.

Dialling up the details
To allow Wonder to tell compelling, authentic and human-centric stories, photography plays a key role within the brand’s toolkit. We developed photography principles that give them the ability to highlight the moment of wonder: from small, intimate details such as human emotion to the ambitious bigger picture of their full-scale productions.
Delivering across platforms
Alongside testing, adapting and refining Wonder’s design language, we brought our strategic thinking and creative outputs to life across digital platforms. From creating wireframes and a new content structure, to designing screens and creating a modular design kit for Wonder’s site, we ensured the refreshed brand was set up for success through a thriving digital presence.
