Rob shared the ‘whys’ and ‘hows’ behind our new approach, including why it was the right time to make the shift, and his desire for Output to be seen as a specialist partner rather than a generalist brand and design agency.

He also discussed the role both culture and studio environment play when it comes to developing effective work and attracting talent, as well as what frustrates him about the design industry today.
